Our Sandblasting room is 22’x65’x20′. It has a bucket elevator that reclaims the steel grit and fills the hopper, which has a dust and trash separator. Then the grit fills the blast pot. We can have two workers blasting at the same time as we have a 50hp electric screw compressor and an 80hp electric screw compressor. We have an adequate air dry system for the cfm required and 1,500 gallons of air storage. We have a large dust collection system and plenty of light to keep the room clean and bright while blasting.
